About Lesley

Lesley was born and raised in Southern California, she has lived in the Conejo Valley for over 20 years which gives her clients the advantage of being represented by someone who knows and lives in the community. She is enthusiastic, has strong negotiating skills, a strong work ethic and great communication skills. She believes that her honesty and integrity has been key to her success. Having purchased her own home at thirty she knows and understands that feeling of pride and accomplishment when you purchase your home. She believes that creating a positive experience for both sides in any property transaction is crucial. As a graduate of California State University Northridge, Lesley worked as an Estate Manager which has given her the skills requiring perseverance, tenacity and negotiating. Lesley Gran's business approach is direct and successful: She listens to her client's needs and matches them to the right property, then assures an honest and efficient transaction. Lesley is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS®, the Conejo Simi Moorpark Association of REALTORS® and Women's Council of REALTORS®. Recently honored as Top Producer in Westlake Village office. In her free time she enjoys volunteering and fundraising for her children's school, and spending time with her family.
