About Curt

Curt was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley and has been a homeowner in Conejo Valley for over 35 years. He served the Los Angeles Fire Department for 40 years and retired as a Battalion Chief in charge of a public construction bond program responsible for building 22 Fire Stations throughout the City of Los Angeles. Earning a Bachelors degree in Emergency Services Management from Cal State long Beach and Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Curt possesses a lifetime of experience; bringing his skills, knowledge, and expertise to each of his clients. Curt transitioned to Residential Real Estate and is honored to be partnering with Coldwell Banker Realty, a proven leader in the Real Estate industry. He has a life long history of trust and public service and is dedicated to professionally helping buy and sell homes or properties.
