About Terez

I am a California native who moved from Orange County to San Diego to attend graduate school at SDSU in the early 1990’s. After earning my master’s degree in Speech Communications, I met my husband. In 1999 we moved north from Pacific Beach and laid down roots in Oceanside. Our daughter graduated from USC and our son is a junior at ASU. I have a unique connection to the real estate profession; I was a business coach, and the majority of my clients were real estate agents. I soon realized that, rather than coach agents, I wanted to become one myself. I want to serve my clients at a deep level and provide excellent service. I pride myself on forming long lasting relationships (I still have friends from elementary school!). I love working with buyers and sellers. If you are looking for your first home or your forever home and everything in between, I’d be honored to serve you. I love to try new coffee shops, walk, read, and watch college sports. I have succumbed to the pickleball craze, and I enjoy hanging out with my husband and our dogs Felix and Roxy.
