About Terez

I am a California native who moved from Orange County to San Diego to attend graduate school at SDSU in the early 1990's. After earning my master's degree in Speech Communications, I met my husband. In 1999 we moved north from Pacific Beach and laid down roots in Oceanside. Our daughter graduated from USC and our son finished two years at ASU and is now selling solar. I have a unique connection to the real estate profession; I was a business coach, and the majority of my clients were real estate agents. I soon realized that, rather than coach agents, I wanted to become one myself. I want to serve my clients at a deep level and provide excellent service. I pride myself on forming long lasting relationships (I still have friends from elementary school!). I love working with buyers and sellers. I love to try new restaurants, walk, read, and watch college sports. I have succumbed to the pickleball craze, and I enjoy hanging out with my husband and our dogs Molly and Levi.
