About Sandy

For Sandy Sarro, real estate and architecture have always been a lifelong passion. Her family owned a residential design/build firm, and Sandy learned early on how simple changes can increase the value of a property and has a natural eye for seeing the potential in any property. She has sold homes by notable architects: Henry Hester, Cliff May, Jonathan Segal, Sebastian Mariscal and Soheil Nakhshab. In addition to her home building and remodeling background, Sandy was certified as an Accredited Staging Professional in 2004 and brings her knowledge and experience of interior design to her sellers to ensure they receive top dollar for their homes. She believes professional staging is essential to meet modern buyer's expectations. Sandy has earned numerous sales and service awards throughout her career, including the Union-Tribune Circle of Excellence Award 2016-2021. A licensed Realtor since 2004, Sandy has sold over $200 million in real estate and represented hundreds of clients with the purchase and sale of their homes throughout San Diego. She often refers to herself as a "matchmaker" as her vast knowledge of San Diego's unique communities, allows her to match her clients their perfect home in a neighborhood that fits their lifestyle. Whether working with first time home buyers, growing families, or savvy investors, Sandy believes that every client, at every price point, deserves a full-service luxury real estate experience. She goes above and beyond for her clients and understands the importance of developing a strategic marketing plan and maintaining clear and consistent communication to ensure a smooth and successful transaction. Sandy and her husband James reside in North San Diego County. Their passion for unique architecture and world cultures have inspired their travel to over 56 countries.
