Prior to real estate, Deborah spent 6 years as a voracious Business Development Rep for a privately held staffing firm and 16 years in retail sales and management. America, 1 year in Canada and the last 28 years in sunny San Diego! When she is not working, Deborah finds herself attending to the needs of her greatly spoiled and deeply loved rescue ~ Beau. Deborah loves photography, travel, reading and creating culinary delights in the kitchen! ABOUT JODI Jodi is a San Diego native and has lived in San Marcos since 1996. She is committed to serving at the highest level and building lasting relationships with her clients. By working primarily through referrals, Jodi is able to dedicate more time and attention to her clients, guiding them toward achieving their homeownership goals. Recognizing that the process of buying or selling can be challenging, Jodi provides continuous support every step of the way, even after closing. Throughout the year, she hosts several client appreciation events as a way to show gratitude for the ongoing trust and support she receives. With a degree in Business Administration, Jodi previously worked as a Human Resources Manager in the biotech industry. Her experience with relocation made the transition to real estate a natural one. Licensed since 2002, Jodi joined One2One coaching with the Buffini Company in 2014 to ensure the highest level of customer service and maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life.
