About Chase

Having lived in the area for over 28 years, I am your native North County realtor. Born and raised here, I’ve lived in Oceanside, Vista, Carlsbad and Encinitas. I grew up in Carlsbad and spent most of my youth surfing and hanging out at the beach. I attended Jefferson Pine Elementary Schools and Valley Jr. High. I graduated from Carlsbad High School, where I was a member of the water polo and swim teams. After high school I moved to Santa Barbara and got a job with Trader Joe’s, where I worked for the better part of 14 years and excelled at connecting personally with my customers. In 2012 we decided to move back to North County to have our daughter, who is now in 4th grade. We also have a dog and a cat, each of whom is 12 years old. I love disc golf, the beach, camping, nerdy movies and Chargers Football (yes, still a fan, even after the move… lol). I chose to pursue a career in Real Estate because I love homes with a passion. I have the skills to connect with you and fully understand your real estate goals and needs. I’ll use my love and knowledge of the North County area to help you achieve your real estate dreams!
