Originally from Los Angeles County and now proudly rooted in Mendocino County, Hannah Adams brings a unique blend of big-city drive and small-town heart to every client relationship. As a proud Samoan woman, she reflects the warmth, resilience, and strong sense of community deeply rooted in her heritage. Passionate about helping individuals and families through one of life’s most meaningful transitions, Hannah supports clients at every stage—whether buying a first home, selling a longtime property, investing for the future, or finding the perfect retreat. Having made her own move north, she’s especially attuned to the needs of clients relocating for a fresh start. Hannah holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and entrepreneurship and combines her academic foundation with real-world experience. Her strengths in marketing, design, and deep knowledge of the local market empower clients to make confident, informed decisions. Known for her energy, creativity, and genuine care, she proudly serves clients primarily in Mendocino County and throughout Northern California. Outside of real estate, Hannah enjoys hiking, sports, community events, and scenic backroad drives through Northern California in her ’95 Wrangler. At home, she’s joyfully raising two toddlers, a spirited Tibetan Mastiff, a flock of chickens, and a turkey—with the support of her amazing partner.
