About Anna

Anna Heggenhougen has called our beautiful county home since childhood. After leaving for college and beyond, she eventually returned home to raise her family. Now that her son has graduated from college and begun his career, Anna is excited to return to a goal she first began pursuing years ago—real estate. Anna started the process of becoming a REALTOR® when her son was young, but life as a single mother put that dream on hold. Today, she is thrilled to have the opportunity to pursue her passion for real estate and looks forward to working hard to help clients find a place they are proud to call home. For the past 26 years, Anna has built a successful career as a massage therapist, developing the skills, dedication, and entrepreneurial spirit needed to start and grow a business. Her experience as a Teacher’s Aide and Senior Care Aide has also given her a strong foundation in communication, service, patience, and working alongside others toward common goals. Outside of real estate, Anna enjoys live music at the symphony and Ukiah Community Concerts, visiting local vineyards, gardening, spending time in nature with her two small dogs, and relaxing at home with her cats. She also loves art and DIY projects and is always finding something creative to work on. Having experienced firsthand the importance of family and the pride and joy that comes with providing a safe and happy home, Anna understands how meaningful the journey of homeownership can be. She is excited to bring her experience, dedication, and genuine care for others into real estate and to support her clients every step of the way.
