About Tam

I earned my BS in Business Management with a concentration in Finance. I began my career at Utah Community Credit Union (UCCU) as an underwriter doing Home Equity Loans and then transitioned to Stanford Federal Credit Union's (SFCU) Commercial Team. After establishing a strong finance technical foundation, I decided to quench my thirst and desire to be an entrepreneur. A little while back, I joined a local tax preparer/realtor team in Temecula, CA and began doing taxes, marketing and billing. I was driven to prepare taxes and become a realtor since they go so well together. Shortly after embarking on the tax world, that dream to become a licensed real estate consultant came to fruition. _______________________________________ I have a passion for helping people. We are active in the Temecula community and enjoy the beach, boogie boarding, surfing, playing sports and going to church. Life has been an adventure and God has given us many blessings.
