Chris is a partner in Lloyd Mize Realty Group, a full-service brokerage under the Coldwell Banker Realty umbrella. Lloyd Mize Realty Group has been serving real estate clients since 1978, and that partnership, together with Coldwell Banker's industry presence, empowers Chris with an association and access to an unparalleled bank of industry experience few realtors can claim. Prior to real estate, Chris developed complex energy projects for government agencies, largely through energy performance contracting mechanisms which enable clients to deploy multi-million-dollar energy projects leveraging future savings to finance the project. Through this, Chris is adept at managing multiple and diverse stakeholders including public officials, project finance firms, energy and building contractors… each with varying and sometimes conflicting priorities which Chris successfully and deftly navigated. Chris is a Temecula resident since 1999 and enjoys spending time with his wife and two young boys.
