About Maria

Maria Ballon is a local resident of the San Fernando Valley area, her areas of expertise expand to the WestSide of Los Angeles where she has worked for the last 10 years. Maria is a license broker associate with former escrow and loan processing experience. As a professional Economist, proudly graduated from CSUN, and extended skills she is prepared to guide her clients from start to finish. She is determined to work for her clients with honesty, integrity and tenacity to achieve her client's expectations and results. Maria is fluent in English and Spanish and has been licensed in Real Estate for almost 15 years. Away from work, Maria enjoys and values family time. She likes to travel within California and also away from this beautiful state. She also dedicates her time to her husband and daughter and the three of them like to go on adventures and the movies.
