I began my journey in real estate in 2003, working for a property developer focused on building new homes. As a creative entrepreneur at heart, I was drawn to the freedom to innovate and improve the business in unique ways. My passion for architectural design and engineering naturally led me to design-build, where I began transforming single-family and multifamily projects into exceptional properties. In 2005, I pioneered the first real estate video tour company in the Bay Area, showcasing homes in a dynamic new way. By 2007, as the market shifted, I became a licensed real estate agent, combining my design and construction expertise with a commitment to serving the public. In 2010, I was honored to be cast on HGTV's "Real Estate Intervention" for its fifth season, where I educated home sellers on maximizing their property's potential. Over the years, I have successfully sold nearly every real estate asset class, from luxury homes and multifamily developments to build-to-rent and new residential spec construction. My true passion lies in the creative process of developing highly efficient, resilient new constructions that stand the test of time.
