Bio Mitchell Gavin is a people person with a jovial wit. He is intelligent and has a thorough understanding of the luxury real estate market in Los Angles, contracts and negotiating, which is why he is a wonderful choice and reliable person to work with in selling or buying your next home. Born and raised in the D.C. area, with a B.A. in sociology and a minor in economics from Boston University, he worked as a teacher and wresting coach for Beverly Hills Unified for many years before becoming a Realtor. Mitch has been a resident of the Pacific Palisades for 20 years already and loves every minute of it. Mitch became a Certified International Property Specialist last year and is currently earning his Property Management designation. He just Sold a beautiful ocean-front lot on the Pacific Palisades coastline and the new owner is planning on developing a gorgeous new unobstructed ocean-front Villa.
