About Marie

A resident of Pacific Palisades since 1974, Marie Peterson has an in-depth knowledge and a keen understanding of the Pacific Palisades and Westside real estate markets. From 1984 through 2000, Marie had a successful career in the legal search business where she facilitated mergers and acquisitions for the Los Angeles offices of major New York and Los Angeles law firms, After a brief retirement, Marie turned her considerable talent and energy to real estate: buying, remodeling and selling numerous properties in Pacific Palisades as an investor. Marie obtained her real estate broker's license in 2008 and since then has worked continuously for Coldwell Banker's Pacific Palisades Office. Marie represents buyers and sellers, lessors and lessees of single family properties, residential income properties, and condominiums on the Westside of Los Angeles: primarily in the communities of Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Mar Vista, Venice and Manhattan Beach. In addition to her business and real estate acumen, Marie has raised three children in Pacific Palisades, and with five grandchildren, six months to six years old, is intimately familiar with the local school choices, both public and private, from nursery school to high school. Marie served for two years as President of the Huntington Palisades Property Owners' Association and has resided in the Huntington Palisades for over 35 years. Marie is a skilled negotiator and an ethical, professional and sophisticated representative of both buyers and sellers.
