About Karen

Karen has over 17 years of experience selling real estate, in which she is known for consistently acquiring multiple offers and getting homes sold at significantly higher dollar amounts than the anticipated market values. She has focused on architectural properties-new & old, has been involved in trust & probate sales, along with selling investment properties. Through-out her career, Karen has proven to be a visionary when working with buyers, in order to allow them to grasp the possibilities in their future homes & investments. Her lifelong interest in architecture has been an asset for her clients. She has also been interested in the green aspects of building, and is always willing to share her ideas. Prior to Coldwell Banker, Karen spent 3 years with a boutique brokerage, Pantanella Partners, and also had a long run with Keller Williams. During her real estate career, Karen has served as a mentor to new agents, taught classes on a regular basis, and served on the Agent Leadership Council. Karen has lived in Venice for the past 30+ years, where she currently sits on the board of directors for the Venice Chamber of Commerce and on the executive committee for the Venice Art Crawl. The fact that her family has a background in real estate and construction has influenced Karen's love of real estate. She looks forward to helping people sell, and purchase, one of the most important & costly investments they make in a lifetime.
