About Pat

Pat Rock is a full-time full service REALTOR® specializing in these areas for more than 30 years, including 20 in the Bay Area. He has worked at top real estate companies, and is currently with Coldwell Banker. For years, dozens of attorneys have turned to Pat for his expertise, negotiating skills, attention to detail and client advocacy. To make his advocacy clear, Pat chooses only to represent sellers, rather than both buyer and seller as a dual agent. Pat rolls up his sleeves to get the job done, managing paperwork, vendors and proposals. He quickly identifies the value of a property, suggests minor alterations to help it sell at the best possible price, and occasionally fronts the money for repairs when needed. Beyond the paperwork, he takes a personal interest in his clients, providing calm, level-headed advice. He is consistently available to answer questions and concerns, help manage family dynamics and work with people in the Bay Area or elsewhere. Pat has been married for more than 30 years, and has three daughters. When he's not working, you might find him hiking the canyons of the American River, gardening, or coming back from one of his cultural immersion trips.
