Shirin Kheshti is a San Diego-based Real Estate Broker with nearly two decades of experience. Licensed since 2008 and a Broker since 2014, she holds a degree in Business and Real Estate from the University of San Diego. Raised in an entrepreneurial family rooted in real estate and development, Shirin brings a client-first mindset, sharp market insight, and a hands-on approach to every transaction. Whether it’s organizing a closet, watering plants, or vacuuming perfect lines before a showing, she does what it takes to get the job done. Shirin recently launched her own independent real estate business focused on Central San Diego. She specializes in helping first-time buyers and sellers, military families, and investors make smart, confident decisions. Her background spans short sales, foreclosures, luxury homes, and investment properties, giving her clients an edge in any market. Beyond real estate, Shirin is passionate about giving back. She volunteers with several community organizations across San Diego and is especially dedicated to causes that support animals and local families. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters sailing, playing tennis, or exploring new restaurants around the city.
