I specialize in serving military members and their families because I was raised in a military family. My father proudly served as a Marine Officer in the Korean War, and that legacy of service shaped the way I show up for my clients: prepared, responsive, and committed to doing the right thing. Since beginning real estate investing in 2003, I’ve personally bought and sold 10+ properties and developed a strong eye for value and strategy. I help buyers and sellers think beyond the obvious—whether that means exploring investment opportunities, relocation options, upsizing or downsizing, or navigating advanced strategies like 1031 exchanges and ADUs. What matters most to me is helping you find the right fit—not just a house, but the neighborhood, schools, commute, and lifestyle that support your goals. I’ve raised my two children here in San Diego and have personally lived in many of its communities, including Point Loma, Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach, Tierrasanta, La Mesa, and Del Mar as well as representing buyers and sellers throughout San Diego County from Oceanside to Chula Vista and everywhere in between.
