Real Estate, Selling, Buying, Income Property, Relocation, Home Renovation Hilary Bateman comes to the real estate industry with a bachelor's degree from San Diego State University and a master's in Business Marketing from the University of Redlands. Previously an advertising executive for numerous national publications focused on mortgage, real estate and the fashion industry her background also includes many years of managing and investing in rental properties throughout San Diego. A native San Diegan and a 20-year resident of the Ocean Beach/Point Loma area, Hilary Bateman is confident that her enthusiasm, attentiveness and professionalism allows her to deliver positive results to her clients. Serving the community has always been important for Hilary Bateman, as she actively supports numerous organizations, including the San Diego Humane Society, Labs Friends Dog Rescue, Surfrider Foundation, Adopt-A-Beach and her daughter's school, Dana Middle School.
