Living and Working in San Diego As for me, I am a homeowner in Carmel Valley and love the community. I serve homeowner's and buyer's real estate needs all over the North San Diego County Coastal area, and I specialize in the Carmel Valley and Del Mar areas. I specialize here as I know the area very well and I know that it is a beautiful place to live in. I love spending everyday working in this area, which makes it naturally easy for me to sell something that I believe in and allows me to put all of this into helping our neighbors in our community. I understand that for most agents it is no longer as easy as saying 1, 2, 3, to sell a house like it was 3-4 years ago. And I have adapted and put in the time, effort and training necessary to making it seem like it is still that easy to my clients. My Past My first career was a professional Windsurfer. I loved it and did well at it becoming the US National Champion as well reaching as high as 4th in the world. I was also Chief Design Tester for my company and part owner in a sail company that I helped to start. I moved on to real estate as I loved working as a Realtor. I do everything possible to put the same work ethic into real estate as I had put into striving to be one of the best windsurfers in the world. I really enjoy helping people find their perfect home as well as helping to make one of the biggest decisions in most people's lives as easy and simple as possible.
