About Patrick

After living in multiple areas of the country, Patrick came to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1985 and decided to stay. Patrick gained his undergraduate degree in psychology and then went on to get his MBA from San Jose State University. This knowledge has provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, understanding and communicating the conditions of the real estate market, and effectively marketing all aspects of real estate deals. Patrick often describes himself as detail -oriented, proactive and a problem solver. Patrick currently lives in San Mateo with his wife Anna. He enjoys vegetable gardening, running and spending time with his newly found dog Sadie. He currently volunteers and serves on the Gardens Home Owners Association Board, and is a Board member of the Beresford Park Community Garden.
