My name is Lawrence Kumar Latchman, I have been a resident of the San Francisco Bay Area since 1996. Being a first-generation immigrant from the Islands of Fiji, I possess a strong work ethic and desire to succeed in the U.S. I enjoy traveling, exploring and photography which has allowed me to get to know the SF bay area very well from the hills of the East Bay to the Tech hub of Silicon Valley to the beautiful sites in San Franciso and scenic drives of Halfmoon Bay. I have worked in the Hospitality industry in San Carlos Ca since 2009 so you can count on the best customer service experience. I'm passionate about real estate and do plan on starting my own real estate development company building single family homes in California.
