Julie was born & raised in San Mateo, and graduated from Cal State Hayward. She is also an active member of Beta Sigma Phi Soriety, San Mateo Dog Training Club, an Auxilary member of the Peninsula Humane Society, and San Francisco Samoyed Rescue Organization.
