Why work with Wendy? I have been a Realtor with Coldwell Banker in the greater Sacramento area since 1991. I feel that my love of my job has helped to make me successful because I genuinely enjoy what I do. I have been married for over 29 years and have twin daughters. I have lived in the Sacramento area since 1987 and have sold homes all over the region. Therefore, I have a thorough knowledge of the many different neighborhood communities surrounding Sacramento. After raising two daughters, I can provide a wealth of information regarding schools, activities, parks, recreation, community events, and much more.
