Meet Wendy (The Kay Team) Originally from San Diego, Wendy moved to Sacramento in 1997. She began her real estate investing in 1999 and decided to join Coldwell Banker in 2002. Sacramento has wonderful communities, great places of interest, and a booming Downtown.
