About Sidney

Sidney Poritz is a cooperating real estate broker working with Coldwell Banker in East Sacramento. Sidney's entire career has been in real estate, starting in residential property management with one of the largest and most long-standing property management firms in the greater Sacramento area. Sidney oversaw the leasing, showings, and management of residential and commercial real estate before moving to a So-Cal based property management company that opened up shop in Sacramento and the Bay Area. There he supervised a team charged with managing and purchasing bank-owned properties in the Northern California Region. This company specialized in trustee-occupied rehab and acquisitions during the post-recession wave of foreclosures. When Sidney achieved his broker's license, he started working in residential sales immediately, learning the ropes with a reputable company in the Sacramento Area. Sidney soon chose to found Poritz Real Estate INC, which has been extremely successful in the past few years and has many satisfied clients. Sidney has chosen to partner with one of the most well-respected brokerages in the Northern California area and hopes to bring his professionalism, devotion to client satisfaction, and tough negotiating skills to Coldwell Banker to expand on his already illustrious real estate career!
