My name is Francis "Scooter" Valine, but everyone knows me as "Scooter". I began my real estate career in 2002, as a residential appraiser. After gaining a solid foundation in the valuation of real estate, I obtained my California real estate license in 2012. Between my knowledge of the industry, and local connections, I was proudly awarded Master's Club consecutively from 2013-2018 when I received my Lifetime Membership to Master's Club. I specialize in single family residences and income properties; I make sure my clients are educated on the real estate process and feel informed every step of the way.
