Business: I am a native Sacramentan and a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty who has been practicing real estate full time since 1998. I am primarily a listing agent (over 80% of my transactions) and have experience in all aspects of probate, conservatorship and trust sales. This allows me to bring a high level of professionalism to better serve you. My solid working relationships with tradesmen, inspectors, and title companies help ensure smooth and successful transactions. Professional: I have served on several committees at the Sacramento Association of Realtors including Masters Club board member, PAC (Political Action Committee), Grievance Committee and currently in the pool of prospective judges of the Professional Standards Committee (Ethics Hearings). Community: I am an active member, past board member and Past President of the Sacramento Breakfast Optimist Club. Our club helps youth in the area and supports many programs including: First Lego League program in 4 different elementary Title I schools within the Sacramento City School District, Playmakers, Mustard Seed School and many more youth oriented programs. I also am a volunteer at the Finish Line for California International Marathon (CIM).
