About Julie

While living in the Truckee-Tahoe area, Julie spent 10 years honing her real estate skills where she had the rewarding experience of selling vacation dream-homes to adventurous families from around the country. Now settled in East Sacramento with her husband, Tom and their Golden Retriever, Abby, Julie enjoys selling homes to both families and investors. “There is a certain pleasure and sense of accomplishment that comes with finding the perfect property that matches the needs of each buyer.” And as a listing agent, Julie strives to maximize return on investment in every seller transaction, “Achieving the highest possible selling price is always goal Number 1 for every listing.” Originally from Michigan, Julie brings her mid-western values and enthusiasm to every transaction. “My motto is simple: honesty, integrity and real estate know-how are what my clients deserve. Julie is also a lover of the mountains and finds solace in the great outdoors where she enjoys biking, hiking, and skiing.
