About Connie

Connie is a 4th generation native of the Sacramento Valley. She was born in Woodland and has lived in Sacramento since 1973. She knows Sacramento! Connie began her real estate career in 1987 as a Relocation Coordinator for a local real estate company, then moving on to become the Director of Relocation for the entire Sacramento Region. With her ability to identify seller and buyer needs, attention to detail and high ethical standards, her progression from relocation to active real estate sales was where her talents took off. This led to her success as a top-producing agent in the area. Today, with over 30 years in the real estate industry, it is no surprise that 90% of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals. Connie is committed to providing the highest quality of service to both buyers and sellers, from first time buyers to move up families. When she is not with her clients, Connie loves to travel. Her favorite spots are Hawaii and up the hill to Lake Tahoe. Connie raised two children in Sierra Oaks. She has five beautiful grandchildren; two in Tahoe where her daughter and husband live, and three in Vermont where her son and his wife call home. Connie is knowledgeable of all neighborhoods in the Greater Sacramento Area, specializing in the American River corridor, which includes: Sierra Oaks, Wilhaggin, Arden Park, Arden Oaks, Carmichael, East Sacramento, Land Park, and Campus Commons - where she currently lives.
