At no cost to you, of course. Formal Education I have a BA degree in sociology from Holy Names University in Oakland, CA. Professional Philosophy When I close a sale, I want to know I did everything for my client to the best of my ability and that I provided quality service. If a client is happy - then I am happy. I am a member of the Sacramento Association of REALTORS, the California Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS. Meet Cathy... Born and raised in Alameda, CA, I have called Sacramento home for nearly 50 years having lived in Midtown, East Sacramento and Greenhaven. We were "pioneers" in Greenhaven when we moved to the area in 1975. A job with Sacramento County as a social worker brought me to Sacramento after college. I realized that despite the idealism of the times, the job was not a good fit. My husband was in real estate which led to buying and managing rental property for our personal account. Real estate sales naturally followed. For fun I love walking/running, reading, gardening and movies. My husband, Jerry, is also and agent with Coldwell Banker. We have four delightful and very athletic grandchildren.
