Our StoryOur team was founded by Kendra Svanum Bishop in 2007 along with her parents, Ken and Dana Svanum. The team was built around our passion for our clients, and we pride ourselves on providing a client-centric experience to everyone we work with. Today, we are comprised of agents and administrative professionals, with a combined 180 years of real estate experience, who bring professionalism, integrity, and personality to every listing, buyer, and escrow. Through our marketing strategy, streamlined transaction coordination, and unparalleled expertise, we have been able to help hundreds of buyers, sellers, relocators, and investors throughout the Sacramento Valley accomplish their real estate goals. In 2023, we surpassed $800,000,000 in real estate sold throughout our tenure, with the last 5 years accounting for nearly half of that total. This feat is humbling, and we are so grateful that we are able to provide service year after year. We understand that many people buy and sell homes when they are in emotional times: marriage, divorce, growing families, kids moving out, parents moving in, relocation, job loss, or retirement. Keeping our clients and their stories at the heart of our business has been our philosophy since our founding. For the last 17 years, representing sellers and buyers hasn’t been a number or a commission for us.
