About TaLisa

TaLisa started her real estate career at a young age. 10 years old to be exact! Her father owned and operated the largest African American-owned real estate office in Southern California. She spent much of her childhood learning and falling in love with the business. After attending college, she officially began her real estate career in 1996 and became a broker in the Sacramento area in 2003. She owned and operated Bealum & Associates, a Real Estate and Mortgage company. This experience is where she found her true passion: to manage and train REALTORS. Fast forward to 2016, where TaLisa assumed the role of Regional Marketing Manager for Coldwell Banker's Sacramento/Tahoe Region. It's a different experience to work with a corporation. Not only do you get more support, but you have the ability to learn from your counterparts all over the world. TaLisa was able to use that knowledge to lead the development and rollout of CB's Core Four Values and Marketing Program. These programs are all about supporting REALTORS and ensuring they have all that they need. In 2017, TaLisa brought her knowledge of marketing, managing, and coaching to the Auburn office and as of 2020 she now manages the office in Roseville-Granite Bay. She is now able to do what she loves every single day: helping you do what you love. From handling the ups and downs of transactions, discussing compliance, learning prospecting strategies, to even laughing through happy hours, TaLisa is here for you!
