Business Philosophy I have specialized as a licensed Real Estate Agent/Associate Broker for two decades. During this time, have enjoyed helping residents throughout Northern California realize their dreams. I measure my success by the enjoyment my clients experience during the home buying/selling process. Education and Training I've held a Real Estate sales license for over 18 yrs and been licensed as a Broker since 2011. As well as having residential real estate experience, I've more than 15 years experience in representing both buyers and sellers of commercial and industrial investments across the U.S. I look forward to being able to use my substantial experience in assisting you find whatever it is you're seeking. Community Involvement I served for over four years on the board of a locally based, nationally recognized river advocacy group. I currently serve as a proud member of the Nevada County Sheriff's Search and Rescue Team - let me show you around ! Communities I Serve As I've lived in the area for nearly 20 years, I'm very familiar with both the urban and rural area's of Nevada and Placer counties. I particularly enjoy finding rural "hidden" properties. I've developed a great appreciation for both large and small parcels that could use a little extra TLC.
