About Andrew

Andrew Stewart is a native of California. and returned to our beautiful state in 2021 to start his second career in the Real Estate business after working almost forty years in the television industry. Stewart earned his BA in Radio and Television from the University of Arizona. He remains an avid Wildcat fan. Stewart was involved in television sales management, station management, and corporate management at the VP level for most of his career. Andrew is not new to the Real Estate business, Andrew purchased, remodeled, and sold homes in several states while working in broadcasting. He and his families lived in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Kansas, Iowa, and Nebraska while managing FOX, CBS, NBC, ABC, CW, and Hispanic television stations. Retirement never seemed like a choice! Remodeling houses was a labor of love and a hobby at the same time. The longest the Stewarts ever lived in a home was five years. His current home in Roseville makes it twenty-three houses spanning a forty-year period. It seemed like a natural fit to get into the Real Estate business. Andrew promised his wife, Tamara, that Roseville California would be their last stop. They met in California and missed the climate and the diversity of things to do. Roseville is located geographically near San Francisco, Tahoe, Shasta, and the wine country and seemed like the perfect location. Roseville has a small-town feel and is situated close to a good airport and the large metro of Sacramento with a relatively moderate climate. No snow was big on the list when deciding where to move from the mid-west! Andrew and wife Tamara have six adult children and are looking forward to being grandparents for the second time in May. They enjoy traveling together and taking long walks with their dog Remi.
