After graduating from college, I was fortunate to cross paths with the mortgage lending industry, and I realized then that I had a passion for assisting homeowners who have worked hard to purchase real estate. Since my introduction to the mortgage industry, I committed to serving clients to the best of my ability by providing first-class service while focusing on creating a relationship as a trusted advisor. My lending background and negotiating skills have proven to be invaluable. As a result, my clients insisted on my helping them with their real estate needs, so I decided to venture into the residential real estate market. While representing my clients during the past 16 years in real estate, I have extended my knowledge by negotiating short sales, bank-owned sales, Probate sales and traditional sales. During the past 24 years, I have represented my clients with the utmost respect and integrity. My clients have responded by helping me grow my business, as 80% of my business comes from repeat clients and their referrals.
