About Norma

Profile: Norma has achieved the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite Award, representing the top 2% of Coldwell Banker agents internationally, for her outstanding sales performance. A long time resident of San Marino and Pasadena, she offers a superior level of personalized and professional service to both her buyers and sellers, and is able to provide them with a wealth of information regarding the area, from schools to the most current trends in the market place. A graduate of the American University in Cairo, Egypt, she has a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and is fluent in French and Arabic. She worked many years as an office manager and administrator of a medical office, before which she worked as an income auditor. Norma has always had a passion for working with people and seeing to their needs, which is why she loves working in Real Estate. Her sincerity, dedication, and graciousness make her a pleasure to work with. She brings a lot of enthusiasm and energy to her job and considers her clients a very important priority in her daily life. Norma has always been involved in her community and in the San Marino School district with several PTA positions. She is also an active member of her church and Ladies society. She will go the extra mile in helping her clients achieve their real estate goals and making it as easy and enjoyable of a transition as possible. Recently partnering up with her son Chris Mardelli, together they have created a solid team dynamic, further strengthening their service and accessibility to their clients.
