Jessica Smith is a licensed REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker who specializes in supporting clients through life's most important transitions. Whether it's preparing a legacy family home for sale, managing deferred repairs or guiding clients through emotionally significant moves, Jessica brings a calm, experienced approach to every step of the process. With a background in value-based healthcare leadership, Jessica brings strong skills in strategy, project management and communication to her real estate practice. She combines a growth mindset with hands-on experience in home renovation, design and organization to help clients maximize value and minimize stress. Jessica serves clients throughout the San Gabriel Valley and greater Los Angeles area, where she is known for her attention to detail, integrity and ability to handle emotional transactions with care. She is originally from San Diego but spent her adult life in Nashville, Tennesee before moving to Pasadena in January, 2020. She loves fried ocra, chasing her three young children and tending to her rose garden.
