Business Philosophy Real estate licensed 25 years,one of my favorite aspects of the business is the incredible diversity of properties and clients that I have had the privilege of serving in the Los Angeles,and San Diego areas. Assisting both sellers and buyers, has given me greater insight into both sides of the residential market, inclusive of residential income properties. Selling or purchasing a property is a very personal transaction and uniquely different with each client. My service and expertise is in identifying and achieving my clients goal with traditional and personalized full service, while utilizing current technology and tenacious negotiating skills. Service areas: Los Angeles with emphasis in Pasadena, Altadena, Bunker Hill DTLA and Eastside neighborhoods to include Mount Washington, Silver Lake, Echo Park and surrounding areas, some San Diego areas. Communities I Serve Primary areas of service are Pasadena, Altadena and La Canada. La Jolla and San Diego are also areas of expertise.
