With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Cyndy Nguyen has built her career on putting her clients’ needs first. Cyndy began her full-time real estate career in 2004, though her passion for the industry started long before. Born and raised in southern Vietnam, she moved to Redondo Beach, California, in 1999 before settling in the Mt. Washington neighborhood of Northeast Los Angeles. Over the years, she has proudly served clients across Los Angeles—from the South Bay beach cities to Downtown LA, Pasadena and the Foothills, the San Gabriel Valley, and the San Fernando Valley. Her dedication and expertise have been widely recognized. As a recipient of Coldwell Banker’s prestigious International President's Circle Award, Cyndy ranks among the top 7% of agents nationwide. Fluent in Vietnamese, she connects effortlessly with a diverse range of clients throughout Los Angeles County. She loves to learn, and her most recent area of study is Renaissance Fine Art, where she enjoys expanding her creative and artistic skills. She enjoys hosting annual neighborhood garage sales, organizing food and goods drives for the Los Angeles Mission, and volunteering with Optimist Youth Homes and Family Services to help young adults prepare résumés and practice interview skills. She also supports local elementary schools and extends her generosity internationally by providing aid to orphanages throughout Vietnam. Outside of work and community involvement, Cyndy treasures spending time with her family. She is an avid traveler, reader, hiker, and intermediate birder. A passionate scuba diver, she has explored some of the world’s most breathtaking underwater destinations, including the Turks and Caicos Islands, the Marshall Islands, Fiji, and French Polynesia.
