About Erin

With a background in real estate that began in 2010, Erin has successfully overseen marketing and operations for Coldwell Banker offices in Santa Monica and Rolling Hills Estates. She later managed the marketing and operations for numerous transactions for a top-producing team in the South Bay, handling prestigious estates in Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, and the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Now, as an agent at Coldwell Banker Realty, Erin lists properties all over the greater Los Angeles area and Southern California. Erin prides herself on her attention to detail and organized execution of listing properties, as well as her professionalism and communication with her clients and agents in every deal; her client reviews speak to these qualities. Erin is a Crypto Certified Agent with Propy, the world's first international real estate marketplace on the block chain. A native of Southern California, Erin attended St. Lawrence Martyr School in Redondo Beach, graduated from Marymount High School, and pursued her higher education at the University of Oregon in Eugene. Apart from her professional endeavors, Erin actively contributes to her community by serving on the alumnae board of her high school alma mater and the board of directors for Lomita Little League.
