About Fabiana

Fabiana was born in the North of Italy and moved to London, England in 1997, at the age of 18 before she became a US Citizen in 2021! Fabiana is a unique character, who comes from an interesting background of a mixture of an exciting 15 years in music business management and on-air production in the TV industry, before embarking on another adventure in the world of real estate. She was able to make her first short-term rental investment in London in 2004. After surprisingly winning her green card in 2011, Fabiana didn't waste her time and jetted off to sunny Los Angeles in 2012. In 2013 she expanded her expertise in the real world of short-term vacation rental and property management in prime locations in central London, before she took her skills, passions, and internationality to the USA. In 2017 Fabiana took up a new challenge and invested in the up-and-coming market in Detroit, where she also consulted for a team of property professionals dedicated to bring back high-quality environments for young professionals re-entering the city of Detroit. She is now back in sunny California, where she holds an active Real Estate License and helps her clients find their ideal homes and spaces where to live and grow. She is passionate about music, people, old houses, mid-century architecture, wide open spaces, and the human mind. In the midst of real estate ventures, property management activities, and studying for real estate exams, Fabiana obtained her Bachelor of Arts with a focus in Ayurveda Wellness in 2022 and is now working towards her Master's Degree in Transpersonal Psychology because life is always about growth, fun and understanding your clients!
