Business Philosophy Dan and Debbie first moved to Date Palm country Club in October 2017. Renting for a couple of years allowed them the opportunity to embrace the life style of the community and they subsequently purchased their home on the golf course. East facing views from the large patio offers the enter action with golfers and the open space. Paradise it is!! Dan has enjoyed working with buyers, sellers too, and he has been fortunate in selling real estate in his careen of over 40 years. In the last 12 months since July 2021 Dan has closed escrow on properties with 7 sales in Desert Hot Springs, 1 in Palm desert, 1 in Rancho Mirage, 1 in Palm Springs and 2 right here in Date Palm Country club. As you can see the recent sales have been in many different market places. Well, now may be the time to consolidate my efforts and concentrate on sales in DPCC. Marketing here doesn't require lots of advertising, the Internet does that. Marketing will be done with knowledge of the Community, the ability to know legal issues of the product and having a network of various quality suppliers with answers to all of your questions.
