Personal Background A bi-lingual real estate consultant helping both English and Spanish speaking future and current home owners in beautiful Ventura county Ca. I've been involved in various parts of the real estate industry over 10 years. My career began in the Title, Escrow, and closing service aspect of the business. Later I helped clients acquire their homes through the mortgage aspect of the business as a Loan Officer. Now I help people buy and sell homes as a real estate consultant with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Having had an opportunity to work in the various areas of the industry gives me a unique and well-rounded perspective of the process of buying and selling real estate. This knowledge allows me to be a resource to my clients, and guide and educate them in the process of the real estate transaction.
