Over the last 15 years he has specialized in luxury coastal Orange County properties with an emphasis on the West bay communities of Newport Beach's Dover Shores, Newport Heights, Cliffhaven, and Eastside Costa Mesa. John has consistently earned the long-term loyalty of his clients by utilizing his extensive background in sales & management, marketing and negotiation skills for his clients' advantage while maintaining outstanding customer service. Prior to joining The Tim Smith Real Estate Group at Coldwell Banker Realty, John served as Regional Rental Manager at Enterprise Mobility leading sales, marketing, operations, customer service and profitability for Enterprise, Alamo & National Rent-A-Car brands, where he received multiple prestigious distinctions including the President's Award. John earned a B.S. in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business with an emphasis in Real Estate Investments. Outside of a successful career, John is very active within his local community, is a graduate of the Newport Beach Police Department's Citizen's Academy, and serves on the board of directors at the Newport Beach Association or Realtors and as a director at the California Association of Realtors. John and his wife have raised three children in the Dover Shores area of Newport Beach whom all were scholar athletes at Newport Harbor High School and at University of the Pacific, Long Beach State, and Columbia University NYC. Personal Background John currently resides in Newport Beach with his wife and three children. He met his wife at the Spaghetti Bender restaurant on West Coast Highway while attending college. They married at St. Andrews Presbyterian and purchased their first home in Eastside of Costa Mesa in 1993.
