Erika, is a Real Estate Broker and Newport Beach local. She has been in the real estate industry for almost twenty years and has owned two successful real estate franchises and has helped her clients in the purchase and sale of residential real estate and multifamily units. Erika is known for her integrity and professionalism by her colleagues and clients alike. Because of her rapport, clients trust her and confidently refer, which is why eighty percent of Erika’s business is generated by repeat clients and referrals. Work ethic, dedication, and knowledge are not the only contributing factors to Erika’s success. When representing her clients, she understands each client’s unique goals and delivers efficiently through transparent communication and effective, result driven negotiations. Erika cares for her clients, she values their time, and appreciates the trust they have put in her. Outside of real estate, Erika is a certified Yoga Instructor and enjoys hiking local trails and paddle boarding. Her daughter, Sarah is a local middle school teacher and her son, Jose is a professional basketball player overseas.
