Mr. Lucas has been involved in hundreds upon hundreds of real estate lawsuits, pre-litigation disputes, transactions, sales, lease agreements, mediations, arbitrations, countless court hearings and depositions, including multiple matters through jury trials, post-trial attorney fee award proceedings, and various appeals, including several jury trials and appeal hearings involving multi-million dollar claims, seven and eight-figure property disputes. Devin Lucas' Personal Life: When not assisting clients, Devin enjoys spending quality time with his family and engaging in outdoor activities such as cycling, hiking, skiing, camping, and trips to Yosemite. Devin and his wife and partner, Courtney, are actively involved in their daughters’ education within the exceptional Newport-Mesa Unified School District, where Courtney previously served as Chair of the Kaiser-Woodland Parent Faculty Organization. Together, they support and sponsor numerous school and community events, including the annual Woodland and Kaiser Elementary Jog-a-Thon and the school’s annual charity pickleball fundraiser.
