Courtney Lucas is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty's Newport Beach Office and a California Certified Public Accountant, specializing in Newport Beach, Costa Mesa and Seal Beach residential and income properties. As a USC Leventhal School of Accounting Alumni, former Assurance Manager with the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young and lifelong Orange County native, Courtney utilizes her unique business and accounting background to her clients' advantage, working with sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants to help strategically realize clients' goals. Courtney's integrity, attention to detail and strong work ethic come through in every transaction. She prides herself on client satisfaction, localized knowledge, and providing clients with an enjoyable home buying or selling experience. Clients appreciate Courtney's optimism and honesty throughout the process. Beyond her real estate career, in 2016 Courtney's life truly transformed with the birth of her first daughter, Rory, then again in 2018 with the birth of her second daughter, Molly. Courtney is an active member of her community, including the Newport Beach Association of REALTORS®, Kaiser Woodland Parent Faculty Organization, Costa Mesa FIT4MOM® "village" and other local mom and non-mom activities and events. Courtney is a homeowner and property manager, including her own rental property in Eastside Costa Mesa. Courtney loves to spend free time with her family, watch football and explore the local eateries and entertainment. Courtney enjoys working alongside her husband, Devin Lucas, who is also a REALTOR® and Real Estate Attorney. Courtney and Devin reside in Eastside Costa Mesa with their daughters.
