I will direct you through the financing portions of your purchase, including assisting you in becoming pre-qualified, approved, and in choosing the best financing program for your needs and capabilities. I will also assist and direct you in the negotiation of the purchase of your home and to make sure that what you pay is in direct relation to the value of the home being purchased, including all Inspections. After the purchase, I will guide you through the escrow process to a successful and smooth closing. As a Professional Realtor, Victoria utilizes her background of over fifteen years' Legal Secretary in perfecting her paperwork and researching properties, sometimes utilizing Court and County records, innbsp; whatever she can do for her clients. Having worked as a Tax Preparer assists her Investor clientele, as well as an attention to detail. Working in Sales and Marketing at Shiley provided training and wisdom in the medical community and appreciation for medical research and its miracles. Her personal commitment to others, compassion and dedicated customer service comes from working as a Sports Massage Therapist and Instructor, to provide such a high level of service (and patience). Community Involvement Victoria's work in the community stems from a passion to assist others, such as March of Dimes for over fifteen years; the National Exchange Club/Millennium Club, especially for Veterans, for over eight years; and inspiration for selfless service from the International Sathya Sai organization, as well as other charity events and local service opportunities.
