She grew up enjoying not only our sunshine and beaches, but the growth of our diverse and vibrant communities, trail system, and opportunities for education, culture, and entertainment. Working her way through college, Kim obtained her B.S. degree in Business Administration from CSUF where she also studied dance. Loving music her entire life, Kim is also a skilled musician, worship leader and vocalist. She continues to explore and serve communities throughout Orange County as she travels with her band members, bringing the joy of music to others. Family gatherings and spending time with her two children are just a few of Kim's greatest pleasures in life. She also enjoys reading, going to museums, and martial arts. Her interest in martial arts led Kim to become a 1st degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Kim operated a private vocal studio, where her personal coaching strategies and attention helped each student aspire to be their best. Today, Kim uses that same insight and attention to aspire her clients to their dreams of home ownership.
